Off-Site Access: Adjunct, Shift Supervisors, & Professional TAs
Adjunct faculty automatically have off-site access to eResouces. Please contact the library if you have any questions or issues: library@bastyr.edu; 425-602-3020.
We ask that faculty and adjuncts complete copyright training in order to ensure they are familiar with the restrictions on the use of university materials. You can self-enroll in the copyright training course; it should take no more than 20mins.
Who has automatic off-campus access?
- All faculty, WA and CA
- All adjunct who have taught in the last 3 quarters, or are contracted to teach in the coming quarter
- All full-time and part-time staff
Folks in the following groups should have library access:
- Faculty - Clinic - CA
- Faculty - Core
- Faculty - Core - CA
- Faculty - Core - WA
- Clinic Faculty All
- Staff
If you are in one of these groups and are unable to access library content via the Proxy, please contact the library.
During the transition to new IT services in Fall 22, there may be short outages, please contact the library initially regarding access to resources, then depending on the cause of the issue, you may be referred to IT for adjustments of your account permissions.
Pre Spring 2020 Policy for reference:
Adjunct faculty, shift supervisors and professional teaching assistants who are currently teaching or scheduled to teach next quarter (within 5 weeks before start of the quarter) are eligible to access the eResources on-and-off site.
If you've already completed copyright training and would like to request off-site access to the eResources, fill out the appropriate form below. Otherwise, we ask that you self-enroll in copyright training and complete the form that follows the quiz.
