As you're doing your research, be sure to keep detailed notes on where you find the information you'll use in your papers and presentations. If the idea isn't your own or not common knowledge or a fact, you need to cite it. If your instructor doesn't require a particular style, use APA. Can't find the information you need in Write & Cite?
