The BU Library has expanded our help resources for you! Along with our library chat, text-the-library, email, call and one-on-one research consultation appointment slots, patrons now have the extra option of getting questions answered via our FAQ pages!
Life is hectic. Sometimes you just need a quick answer to a simple question. For all those countless hours, you’re up at 2 in the morning finishing an assignment and need answers to library-related questions quickly—check out our new Library FAQ Database located on the left-hand side of the library homepage.
We will work towards expanding and updating these FAQs regularly so you can check back often for updated answers. Of course, you can always contact us directly if you don’t see your question answered here and we’d be happy to work with you! Be well. Stay safe! Research on!
