About this Tutorial

This tutorial will help prepare you for the assignments in this class and, we hope, serve as a resource to reinforce concepts of evidence-based (or evidence-informed) practice, information literacy and research skills. We estimate the tutorial will take between 1 to 2 hours to complete. Please note: we highly value your input and therefore the Feedback section is required. ; ).

More advanced information literacy skills are included in the Survey of Research Methods for Midwifery course which you will take in the spring.

Navigate through the tutorial by clicking on the  and  buttons at the bottom of each page, or use the side tabs.

Due Date: Please finish the entire tutorial (all text, videos, and feedback page) by Sunday 10/9. This will provide time for your instructor and me to review your comments before the in-class session on 10/10.
