Its practices include nutrition, herbal medicine, massage and internal cleansing. It also employs its own unique diagnostic, preventive and disease management practices.

There are not a huge number of resources pertaining to Ayurveda available online, compared to other systems of medicine. This guide is not exhaustive, but tries to pull together the best available resources to get you started on your research.
